Charming Villa, 15-min walk to Lake Victoria

Stay in a private apartment in a newly built villa, sitting on 2 acres of lush garden with a swimming pool. The home is nestled in one of Kampala's more tranquil suburbs. At the same time, our location offers easy access to transport that quickly takes you into the heart of the city. We offer you all modern conveniences, and since all windows are covered with mosquito netting, the cool, Ugandan breeze flows through at all times. There is a large and lovely wooden terrace – with unfettered views of Lake Victoria and the large fruit-filled garden – that is perfect for a meal or sundowner. We also welcome you to use our recently built swimming pool. We are a very friendly bunch and have travelled all over Uganda and beyond. We will be extremely happy to provide any tips to help you enjoy your stay in our beautiful country. You will have your own apartment, with private access, but feel free to drop onto our side of the house whenever you want. I am sociable and love meeting new people. However, I also enjoy my private time so you will be able to enjoy your personal space whenever you want. Feel free to enjoy an evening stroll in the area – it's safe and friendly. We are within walking distance of Lake Victoria, and several dining spaces. If you're looking for other activities then there's Speke hotel (with grand grounds, a pool, a gym, a marina for boat trips), Cassia lodge (with probably the best view in Kampala of the Lake and a cheaper pool than Speke's), and others... simply ask! There are also mini-marts and a little market area a few minutes walk from our home. Easy access to transport takes you directly into the heart of Kampala. If you have a car then ample parking space is provided. We look forward to hosting you!
