Situated in the yorkshire dales close to the '3 peaks walk' and the ingleton waterfall trail. Lovely little room is ideal for couples looking to explore "gods country" compact room with a 'day bed'. can be made up to single or kingsize bed or can be made to a twin configuration with floor mattress. Room has TV, wifi. Bathroom with shower,soap and toilet roll with bed linen and towels included. Basic kitchenette area with single induction hob, kettle, minifridge, toaster, pots, pans and crockery, george foreman grill, tea towels, table and chairs. Patio doors leading onto small garden area. Guests access room to the rear of the house by their own private door. guest parking space is to the side of the property tucked in next to back garden gates i may or may not be home during your stay however the room is fully self contained and locked off from main house. This is a no smoking property both within the accommodation and the garden area
