MIA Apartment

A fully equipped apartment with a spacious living room and a open concept kitchen followed by a service area with all the cleaning equipment and washing machine. It has one double bedroom, one single bedroom, and 1.5 bathrooms. You have all the basic utensils at your disposal. The space itself is simply decorated, comfortable and always clean. I work a full time job from 8am-6pm, but i can be reached at the Airbnb app or my cell phone number at anytime and I will be available to help in any way possible. The neighborhood is located on the south coast of the city center, next to Achada de Santo Antao and Kebra Kanela, and is considered one of the most safe, calm, prestigious areas of the city. The most notable landmarks are Prainha Beach (which is 2-3 min walk from the apartment) and the city lighthouse (5-8min walk from the apartment). In addition, the best hotels and restaurants are also in the neighborhood, such as Linha d’agua (Located at Prainha Beach), Chefe Teresa (Located 1min walk from the apartment). Taxis are very easy to catch on the main road of the neighborhood with the rides costing a minimum 1 Euro (or 100 Capeverdean escudos ) Buses are also cheap (Bus stop can be found at Prainha Beach which is 2-3min walk from the apartment and also can be found on the main street). The bus that serves this area is the number 8. Cars can be rented in multiple places for rides throughout the island. You can always use the local transportation which is known as Aluguer/ Hiace ( Vans that take up to 14 passengers) and have lots of routes from Praia (The City) through the inner island. Each guest will be gifted a freepass to the best tradicional Night Club in town called Zero Horas (Open only on Saturdays). Also every guest should try our main and tradicional food in the country called “Catchupa”. It can be found at any local restaurant.
