Dream house by the sea

1st and 2nd floor. Each floor is 35 square meters. Behind the house there is a fish tavern and a little path that goes straight to the sea. At 100 meters there is a mini market and a beach bar. On the first floor there is a living room with kitchen, two sofa beds, a dining room with a baby chair, a fireplace, a TV set and a pharmacy with all the necessary medications. On the second floor there is a bedroom with a double bed wardrobe, a sofa bed and a baby bed. There is also a TV with satellite channels and air conditioning. The house is equipped with all the household and with towels and sheets. In the outer space there is parking, playground, barbeque, swings, and outdoor shower. Our presence will be discreet. We will come once a week to maintain the courtyard and clean the house when you leave. Quiet family and friendly neighborhood
