In summer you can relax in the apartment private terrace. Near to beach and to Circuit de Catalunya. You have all amenities, WIFI, laundry, dishwasher, Nespresso... New apartment, furnished and with all the comforts. It has air conditioning, heating, WIFI and private terrace with total privacy. Kitchen with exit to the terrace, where you can eat in summer, equipped with table and chairs and relax area. Very bright and decorated. The apartment is located on the top floor of a historical and patrimonial house, with separate entrance. It has a direct and private lift to the apartment.
