The accommodation is tucked away in the small, rural, tranquil hamlet of Templeton, surrounded by beautiful rolling countryside yet within easy reach of Tiverton (5 miles). Easy access to the M5 and ideal for exploring Mid Devon, the North and South Devon coast (under an hour by car) and conveniently located between both Exmoor and Dartmoor. Exeter, Barnstaple and Taunton are within a short drive. Kitchenette equipped with oven, hob, microwave, fridge, toaster, kettle, crockery, glasses, cutlery, cooking pans and utensils etc. We would be delighted to provide information on our favourite pubs, restaurants and days out. Bed linen and towels provided. The property is surrounded by farmland and surroundings are dark at night. The kitchen has an induction hob. Induction hobs can interfere with pacemakers. British Heart Foundation recommend keeping at least a distance of 60cm (2 feet) between the stovetop and the pacemaker. The accommodation is fully ventilated between bookings, deep cleaned and left to rest.
