The apartment has been newly furnished with a luxurious style to make you feel comfortable and relaxed. Wake up to the stunning sunrise over the Dandenong Ranges, see the hot air balloons float by whilst you enjoy a hot cup of freshly made nespresso coffee on the balcony and watch the world go by. The location couldn't be better with Buses, trams and trains at your door step. As well as, a Shopping centre, Degani, Ribs & Burgers and High St Cafes, bars and restaurants at your door step. You can feel safe in this apartment knowing there is a swipe key for entry and lift entry. The convenient lifestyle means you hardly need a car whilst staying here. However, if you do have a car, there is a car spot in the basement for you as well as many spots available for all day parking in the Shopping Centre car park. We have a nespresso machine and milk frothing machine as well as a kettle. The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances, crockery and utensils. The bathroom has basic items such as small soaps and spare toothbrushes in case you forget your own. Coles, Kmart, Lincraft, Reject Shop, Massage, Nail and Hair Salons, butchers, Fish monger, fruit and vegetable shops, japanese, smoothie bar and many other stores are downstairs from the apartment. So if you need any other items or some delicious ingredients to cook up a delicious meal, all you have to do is walk out the apartment lobby, into the shopping centre doors. Chrome Cast and Wifi is available. So you will be able to use your Netflix/Stan/YouTube accounts from your device to the TV. Easily head to the Zoo, museums, or Art centre to watch a show, or the stadiums to watch a sports game. Train or tram into the city to see more sights of Melbourne. And maybe for a hike at the Darebin Parklands, or drive to the Dandenong Ranges, Yarra Valley Wineries or down to the Mornington Peninsula. Specialist stores, along with a shopping centre, cafes, bars, and restaurants, are all moments away. Museums, the zoo, and sports stadiums are close too. Buses run from the shopping centre, Taxi rank and Uber available. Tram is available on the other side of the shopping centre. Train is down the rd, a walk a way. A car is always handy to have to help you see some wonderful natural sights of Victoria.
