We are welcoming of people from all backgrounds This home is a spacious three-bed, three storey house, Ensuite is located on the top floor which gives more privacy to the guest. The kitchen is well-equipped with all cooking utensils for those that like to spend time over the stove. Living area includes a lounge, dining space and garden. Guests are welcome in all communal area of the house We are welcoming of people from all backgrounds. We are quite social and I work for the local water company and my son also goes to local primary school and have lived here since 2015. We encourage guests to spend time as they pleasure, be it in communal areas, their En-suite, or exploring the best of Wales/England. Please feel free to ask me for any information/question relating to the house, local/area, or what support I might be able to give ( e.g a lift in to shopping centre ....etc). Chester International City which just 5 minutes drive. The retail park is just a 5-minute walk away or 1-minute drive with 10-Screen Cinema, 4 restaurants, Primark,Next, Marks & Spencer’s, Tesco 24/7, McDonald’s , Home Sense, Sports direct...more. There is a bus stop at the estate. From here the bus will take you to chester centre with excellent connections to the rest of the UK. As the home is new built, we have new carpets and rest all flooring is new. We as the guest please do not wear outdoor shoes and let me know about any spills, stains or scratches ASAP.
