The Cottage

Ideally located country cottage - close to beaches, wine regions and cities of Bunbury and Busselton. Two ensuite bedrooms and lounge set in a peaceful garden on a working avocado farm. Comfortable queen size beds, air conditioning, peace and quiet... Bring your own racquets and play tennis, court available on request. The Cottage is on a working avocado farm . The bedrooms are large and airy with comfortable queen beds , and ensuite bathrooms . A kitchenette, lounge and dining area, as well as a barbecue, makes this a self contained escape. We have a tennis court which is available on request - please bring your own racquets and non marking shoes. The tennis court also has a pavilion for enjoying a drink or two after your game! Please note that the entrance to the cottage is shared - neil accesses an office occasionally. When guests are staying he tries to avoid going into the office but may need to duck in - he will inform you prior if he needs access. We are five minutes from the beach and midway between Bunbury and Busselton. The Ferguson Valley , wineries and breweries are a short drive away . The Bunbury Dolphin Discovery Centre is a must for visitors .. The Capel Golf Club is over the road and we have a tennis court ..availability on request. Stock up at the Bunbury Farmers Market on your way here … The Forbidden Fruit is close by for fresh fruit vegetables and smoothies Neil and I are happy to help with local information where we can and welcome you to our farm. We do however appreciate you are probably looking for peace and quiet . Only two hours from Perth , we are an easy drive from the city and a great base to explore the south west from , walking ,hiking , dining or just relaxing , you will feel renewed after your stay You will need your own transport to stay with us ! Laptop workspace , hairdryer and ironing facilities available if you're traveling for business .
