Welcome to Sunny Bank situated in the village of Lanner, Cornwall. Lanner is very central for exploring all of Cornwall with its beautiful coast line. Apartment cleaned to very a high standard using antibacterial cleaner, consists of a new kitchen with dishwasher/fridge/oven and hob, bathroom, new furniture and the apartment has been completely redecorated, so it has a fresh airy feel to the property, but very homely at the same time. You will have the entire apartment with your own front door. Self Catering, newly decorated, easy access into property, all on one level. In a great position for walks up Carn Marth which has fantastic views towards, Falmouth, St.Austell and St.Agnes. Parking for one car available on drive. Entire ground floor apartment. Seating area outside. Guests have the entire apartment to themselves, with their own front door. This will suit guests wanting their own space. If I am not available at Sunny Bank to answer any queries, guests will have my phone number and can contact me at any time, or leave a message and I will get back to them a.s.a.p. I always try to greet guests, but due to guests arrival times this may not be possible. I have a key safe, so guests can always get into the apartment. Key safe number is given prior to their arrival. Lanner Village is stituated on the Redruth to Falmouth road. Sunny Bank is in a quiet location, but with all the amenities a village has to offer, shop, garage, 2 pubs, lovely scenic walks all around the village. 10 minute Walk into the village for the local bus stops to Falmouth and Redruth (Redruth rail station is approx 1 1/2 Miles) Redruth is on a main line to Paddington London, Truro is a short Train ride which takes approx 20 mins. Sunny Bank is not directly on the coast, but is in a ideal spot to get to the North and South coast by car. Public transport could be used, approx 10 minute walk to bus stop and approx 35 minute walk to train station. Taxes operate in the area, but obviously would cost more than local bus or train, depending on destination required.
