We are meticulous with her care she spends most of her time outdoors in our lovely garden. Guests are welcome to use our kitchen, just let us know before arrival; welcome to eat evening meal downstairs in dining area or garden. We really enjoy seeing guests relax during their stay. We are experienced Airbnb super hosts :) Annie has commuted to London work whilst using hotels & Airbnb, so understands what it’s like to be a lone traveller, we make sure our guests have access to a work area as needed. Sorry we are unable to accommodate younger families. Short drive to wedding and party venues i.e. Upton Barn, Muddiford Court and The Corn Barn. Killerton Gardens National Trust is very close by. There is a table on our garden patio which, when weather allows, you are welcome to enjoy on request. Free WiFi with access codes on arrival. We ask guests not to smoke in our home the garden can be used if needed. We are a relaxed family, we respect guests privacy and diversity. Annie worked away from home on business trips for years so we understand the need to chill when away on business, holiday or when on a mission. We have a resource folder of local attractions and places of interest etc. As hosts, we like guests to ask for any extra items as needed, it’s important to make your stay comfortable e.g. extra closet hangers, phone chargers, books etc. We enjoy hosting guests from across the world. Please message us with any questions, we want you to have a relaxed stay in our lovely home. Bradninch is a beautiful Devon village surrounded by stunning countryside. There are great walks everywhere with stunning views. Village shop sells almost everything. In village, two pubs, one serves food & coffee all week. 10 mins away by car The Red Lion Pub in Broadclyst serves great food & another The Merry Harriers pub food all week. For a Michelin pub The Five Bells is 8 mins away and it’s fabulous. Nature walks abound, the National Trust Killerton Estate is 5 mins away by car. Exmouth beach is 25 mins away and our favourite Lyme Regis beach is 45 mins away. Exeter city is about 25 mins away, Antique towns like Honiton and Tiverton 30 mins by car. Our nearest town is Cullompton about 5 minutes away by bus or car just off JNC 28 of M5. There are 2 large supermarkets i.e. Aldi & Tesco in Cullompton as well as a selection of small shops, cafes, McDonalds and Costa Coffee. Mr Crispin in Bradninch is our local taxi man, we recommend guests use if needed (usually for weddings + parties). Early booking is advised. This small family business really look after their customers offering a flexible service. Bus stop is 2 minutes walk away from our house for the 1, 1a and 1b regular service. Buses run to the City of Exeter ( 24 minute trip) together with Cullompton ( 5 minute trip) and Tiverton ( 22 minute trip). Train to London via Tiverton Parkway (around 17 mins drive away) takes 2.10 hours to London Paddington. Pinhoe station (around 10 mins drive or a bus ride away) for the Waterloo line ( 3 hrs 17 mins to London) . If you have a car there are lots of options to access towns, gardens and seaside resorts. Exeter city is around 25 mins drive time as is Taunton via the M5. Exeter Airport is around 9 miles away (around 20 mins drive time). Local attractions like the National Trust are plentiful we have an extensive resource folder for guests. If guests use our washing machine we request a fee of £4 per wash to cover electricity water and powder etc.
