Winder Fell is easily accessible at the end of Bainbridge Road Turning left up Joss Lane Cricket matches during the summer and the famous Wilson run every March There is no access to washing machine Nicely decorated with 2 fabulous bathrooms - amazing views to the fells The house has 4 bedrooms over two floors. One bedroom on first floor will be locked and not for use. House also has a cellar but this will also be locked with no access There are steps out to the south facing garden from an amazing contemporary kitchen Wi-fi available, tv with free view and Netflix No access to washing machine or tumble drier Full use of all accessible rooms/space. Only exception being front bedroom on first floor and cellar both of which are locked One bedroom on 1st floor 2 on 2nd floor South facing private garden with garden furniture No access to washing machine or tumble drier I am fully contactable by phone, text and email before, during and after your stay The ascent of Winder Fell is a very popular walk from Sedbergh on account of its close proximity to the town and the splendid views of the Lake District hills, the Shap Fells, the Yorkshire Dales and the Lune Valley stretching down to Morecame Bay. The Howgill Fells are a small group of hills in Cumbria, bounded approximately by a triangle drawn between Sedbergh, Kirkby Stephen and Tebay I tend to walk around Sedbergh as everything is so accessible There are carparks on Joss Lane and Loftus Hill There is also on street parking on first come basis My home will be cleaned before every visit and I will leave access to cleaning equipment for your use during your stay. It has been recommended to reduce soft furnishings due to Covid-19. So I have reduced the cushions and throws in the lounge and the additional supplementary bath sheets in the bath rooms. Every bedroom will have 2 x bath towels, 2 x hand towels and 2 x flannels. If you prefer large bath sheets or additional towels please consider bringing some with you, or contact me before you arrive. No guaranteed parking. On road parking on first come first served basis, some parking on single yellow line at weekends, all other parking in Joss Lane car park, pay and display. Local market in Joss Lane car park every Wednesday I do not give access to my washing machine and dryer as it is in my cellar which is used as storage for my daughter. However for longer length stays if this would benefit you I can give access, please let me know. Dogs, babies & infants are all welcome, however I expect you to bring your own equipment e.g. travel cots, bedding, high chairs, safety gates etc plus dog bowls and towels and dog beds/throws.
