Peaceful apt with big terrace (98m2, 4 rooms)

Spacious 4-room 98 square meters apartment in a house, in a quiet part of Maribor. Ideal for couples, families and travellers arriving by car, but also near the city BUS line with connections to centre and Pohorje. Parking is free and secure in the backyard and wi-fi is available. Apartment is on the first floor, accessed by stairs. There are 5 beds available - double-bed in a bedroom - single bed and a child bed (up to 10 years old) in second room - single bed - sofa which can be used for sleeping (1 person) in a living room Kitchen is fully equiped, with a stove and a cooker, cutlery, plates and cups. Living room is air-conditioned and it can cool other rooms as well. There is a private terrace, accessed from a bedroom, with a view to mountain Pohorje, where you will be able to relax. House is surrounded by big green garden :) Garden is shared, but you will be able to use ping-pong table, small basketball court and nice green area with tables and chairs. Gas grill is available for your perusal (please let us know a day in advance). You will be in contact with us as much (or as little) as you like - we are available in the apartment below. Quiet and safe residential part of Maribor, easily accessible by car or public transport. 6 supermarkets in walking distance (5 min walk) and as Maribor is small city, you could also walk to the centre. Shopping center Europark is reachable in 20 minutes and city center in 30 minutes (walking), while bus station taking you to the city is nearby. Bus station taking you to the city center is 3 minutes by foot from the apartment. If you arrive by car, apartment is 500 meters from the motorway exit. If you like to hike, big city forest Stražun is just 100 meters from the apartment. Bikes are available to rent, at 5€ per day (trekking bikes, helmets included). Maribor has quite good bike infrastructure, so this could be good way to see it. Local tourist tax should be paid - for city of Maribor, this is now 2,50 EUR per person/day. For children up to 7 years, tourist tax is not paid and for 7-18 years, only half is paid. We usually charge tourist tax in cash on your arrival. SUMMER SPECIAL!
