Katrina & Daphne's Elegant Guest Suite

Welcome to our elegant & chic Guest Suite! The Suite is clean, bright and suitable for couples, friends travelling together and single travellers over 18 years old. Located in a new, contemporary style house, guests have easy access to restaurants, cafes, and shopping centres nearby. Only a 2 minute walk to the bus stop, 10 minute walk to the ferry wharf, and a 20 minute walk to the train station, transport to Sydney's CBD is very accessible and approximately a 25 minute trip. The Guest Suite includes a double bed, an armchair, a mini table with two chairs, a television, and a buffet with cutlery, plates, a kettle, coffee, tea, long-life milk, and cereal. The Suite is also fully equipped with linen, towels, soap, and direct access to a private bathroom. Guests have access to common areas of the house including the kitchen and dining room should you need to prepare a hot meal. Guests are also welcome to use the laundry facilities, outdoor areas and the pool. The Guest Suite is located on the ground floor and our family of 4 sleep upstairs and are always out during the day. Guests from all backgrounds are welcome and my mother and I, your hosts, always enjoy meeting and interacting with new people, however, we also very much respect your privacy and your need for a relaxing stay! Guests will be accommodated in our self-serviced guestroom. Guests also have access to common areas including a small living room, the kitchen, the dining room, laundry, outdoor areas, and the swimming pool. We are very friendly people, my mother and I (hosts) are always contactable to answer any questions our guests may have. We enjoy interacting with people but will also respect the privacy of our guests. Warm, friendly, and safe neighborhood with a community feel. Bus stop (located on Payten Street, Putney): 2 minute walk from property and takes 40 minutes to reach the CBD. Kissing Point Wharf: 10 minute walk from property and a 30-40 minute trip into the CBD Meadowbank Train Station: 20 minute walk from the property and is a 25 minute trip into the CBD. We have a cat, and guests are more than welcome to give her a cuddle! She is hypoallergenic.
