Follow the path and the beach is just there. For mountain walks head up the driveway from the cottage and turn right, there is a gate, follow the public path signs through the woodland and keep going, go through another gate, carry on up the hill and when you meet the lane turn left to go further up the mountain for amazing views over the Mawddach estuary and sea, there are miles of walks at the top if you keep walking or if you turn right at the lane to go down, this will lead you back into the village towards the pub. There is a train station in the village just a 5 -10 minute walk away. This is the Cambrian Coast train line with magnificent views and stops all along the Llyn Peninsular. The pub and local shop are also a 5-10 minute walk away. Follow the road up past the park on the right and keep going until you reach a narrow part of the road. The pub is on the left hand side and the shop is a little further on over the bridge on the left. Just to note, please bring your own bath towels and beach towels. Only hand towels are provided thank you.
