Twelve Elms Country House is beautifully situated in tranquil Warwickshire countryside, surrounded by ancient woodland and wildflower meadow. Guests can enjoy the peace and quiet of this fabulous location amidst an abundance of wildlife with plenty of outdoor space to relax in. Self contained with private entrance. 3 double bedrooms, 1 twin, 1.5 bathrooms, dining kitchen/utility, dining room and lounge. An adjoining single story studio/annex is in use by the host who lives separately on site Ideal for families. Run by a warm and friendly host living with a very friendly cat and chickens. House is for exclusive use with no other guests staying during your booking. No dogs allowed. Private entrance to hallway, dining kitchen/utility, dining room, large lounge, 3 double bedrooms, 1 twin. 1.5 bathrooms. Lots of outdoor space comprising gardens/patio, woodland and wild flower meadow. I am an artist/woodswoman and work on occasion in a self contained studio adjoining the main house. I also work outside in the surrounding woodland and will therefore be available to help with your needs and flexible for check in/out times. Henley In Arden is an historic market town and is a 10 minute drive away. There is also the Arden Way footpath on the perimeter of the property that is a 1/2 an hour walk to Henley High Street where there are cafes/bars/restaurants. 25 minutes from Stratford Upon Avon and 15 minutes drive from motorway networks. There is a train station and public transport running in Henley. Private parking on site.
