Exploring Berlin from its green belt

The location captivates due to its closeness to the natural reserve Erpetal, which is a paradise for walkers, joggers, horseback riders (the Hoppegarten horse racing track). Built in 2016, the house provides a spaciously combined living and eating area including an access to the semi-roofed terrace overlooking a small but cozy garden. Two comfortable double beds in bedroom and study as well as a large and convenient sleeping couch in the living room are available. A well sorted array of literature on Berlin and surroundings can be found in the study. Two separate bathrooms offer a walk-in shower and a whirlpool. A ventilation system with heat recovery is in place. In case of bad weather we offer a variety of books and games. Guests have access to all rooms of the house. There are no restrictions. I am available via cell phone or email during workdays, during afternoon and evening hours as well as on weekends I can be directly contacted next door. A diverse range of supermarkets is located along Hultschiner Damm (within 2 kilometers reach). The Bölschestraße in Friedrichshagen invites flaneurs to stay and explore homey cafés and shops. Berlin's inner city tourist sights can be reached within a 45 minute ride with public transportation. 10 minute’s drive to S-Bahnhof Köpenick and S-Bahnhof Hoppegarten as well as Hoppegarten’s town center 15 driving minutes to metro station Elsterwerdaer Platz (park and ride, 25 metro minutes to Alexanderplatz) bus line #108 (stop: Heinrich-Heine-Promenade) in 500 meters distance 10 bike minutes to S-Bahnhof Friedrichshagen und Hirschgarten 15 minute’s drive to Autobahn #A10, exit: Vogelsdorf You can visit the "Gardens of the world" (ex-international gardening exhibition 2017) in Berlin.
