Stone house in Colli Euganei hills

Hi, our home is part of an old farmhouse on a hillside in the Colli Euganei, overlooking the city of Este and its castle. Bedroom with 1 queen size bed, kitchen and bathroom, air-conditoning, plus private garden for outdoor dining or relaxing This is the perfect place to spend a relaxing holiday, and as a base to explore the splendid Euganean hills. The city of Este is just a few minutes away, with great facilities and services, while historic cities are an hour or less by car or train: Padua, Verona, Vicenza, Venice and Bologna We offer a queen size bed, a kitchen with electric cooker and microwave, bathroom with shower. The total living space is around 35 square metres and has reverse-cycle air-conditioning. We also have a private garden area of around 300 sq.m where you can eat outdoors or hang up the two hammocks provided! We the owners do not live on site, however we can always be contacted if needed. The adjoining property is unoccupied, while two families live at the other end of the same building - however access is from their side, so no vehicles or people need to pass our home for access The area is wonderful. The Colli Euganei are magic, great for walking, cycling (quiet roads and MTB trails) and famous for wines (it's a DOC area), and olive oil. Nearby Este has a public swimming pool, great boutique shops and more coffee shops than I can count, many with outdoor tables in the pedestrian area. The Este castle gardens and museum are great, also not far away are other medieval towns, such as Monselice and Montagnana As the property is on a hillside, it's quite a trek from Este (around 2-3 km, but a good a 30-40 minute walk uphill). As a result, guests will need a car! However, parking the car in Monselice (10 km away) there are direct trains to Padua, Venice and Bologna, and connections to Verona, Milan, Florence end even Rome! The home is simple and comfortable, a relaxing place to stay close to nature. It is not served by public transport so a car is needed to get around.
