Family home by beach and dunes - design kitchen

Our family home is located right behind the dunes of the nature reserve of Westduinpark giving access to the beautiful wide sandy beach, Our beach is only an 8 minute walk away and is a quiet beach with only a few beach restaurants. For more lively beaches Scheveningen or Kijkduin are only a few KM away. Our house is modern and comfortable and located in the quiet, green quarter the Vogelwijk, a family friendly area in the city of The Hague. Our home is only suitable for families with children. The house is a 3 story house built in 1933. On the ground floor you have the hallway, a vanity room with toilet. The kitchen and living room are open plan and measure appr. 40 sqm. The kitchen is a design Bulthaup kitchen with Gaggenau appliances like dishwasher, separate Cooker (r) (boiling water from the tap), gas cooker with 5 hobs, freezer with 5 drawers, XL fridge (170x58 cm), conventional oven with pizza stone (275 C) and steam oven. By the kitchen we have a desk with a MAC for your use. Oval dining table with 6 chairs (Tripp Trapp children's chair available upon request). Seating area with sofa and chairs. Flat screen smart TV 40'' with 3D and Netflix installed, our service includes many languages. Our back garden (70 sqm) faces north west offering sunny afternoons and evenings with a shady area in the back. On the terrace we have a outdoor sofa On the first floor we have two bedrooms, the balcony room with a queen-size bed (140cm) and a desk with a smaller MAC. A children's room with a high sleeper for childen only and a pull out sofa seat. The bathroom on the first floor has a bath and a separate shower. There is a separate toilet in the 1st floor. Stairs lead onto the second floor under the roof. The master bedroom has ensuite bathroom with a shower. Washer and dryer are located under the window. The master bedroom has a king size extra long Hästens box-spring bed. We have made space in all rooms for your clothing items. The beds are made and fresh towels are available. Beach towels available as well. FREE PARKING IN FRONT OF THE HOUSE We have a small room on the first floor where we keep our personal belongings, apart from this room our guest have acces to our whole house. We are not present during your stay but my aunt is here to welcome you and if necessary will help you with any questions you may have. The Vogelwijk is a green and family friendly neighborhood by the beach. The Vogelwijk is a unique area as it has a "village-feel" but is located in the city of The Hague. The bus stop is a 5 minute walk, bus 24 takes you to the lovely Statenkwartier for excellent dining and shopping or to the centre of The Hague for culture, arts, shopping and the Central Station. Our home is only suited for families with children. One of the beds is a high sleeper and the sofa bed is a single bed as well. Free parking in our street.
