Beautiful two-family villa sourranded by the Moreniche hills and 15 minutes by car from Garda lake. Huge green garden with swimming pool available from May until September included, tennis court and basketball hoop. The house is set in a small and quiet village and it's very close to nice biking and hiking trails surrounded by nature. The exterior part of the house is completely fenced and provided of a parking area. Wi-Fi and air conditioning is included. Very relaxing enviroment thanks to a wide garden and a beautiful swimming pool equipped with a shower, beach umbrella and pool beds. Tennis court available for the guests. Under the external porch you can enjoy a peaceful breakfast poolside or a nice dinner looking at the stars. One of the two's apartments is entirely available for guests and separated by the other one. The outside area is shared with the house owner (garden, porch, swimming pool, tennis court,...). The swimming pool is open from April 30th to October 15th.
