Mairangi Bay is a stunning seaside village on Auckland's North Shore, only 11 kilometres from Auckland CBD. Relaxed but vibrant with lovely cafes, restaurants, boutique shops, kids playground and beautiful safe beach. Eating options include Japanese, Italian, International & European fusion, Tapas, Thai and Turkish. Coastal walkways connect beaches kilometres to the North and South with amazing views and crystal clear waters. Shops include supermarket, bakery, fruit & vege, fishmongers, beauty, bookshop, chemist, fashion, hair salon, jewellery, gelato, travel, wines & spirits. All this within a few minutes walk. Also 5 minutes walk to local sports ground with outdoor basketball, soccer field and tennis courts. 15 minutes walk to local 18 hole golf club. Mairangi Bay is only 11kms north of the CBD (centre of Auckland city). The North Shore has the best beaches in Auckland, particularly the East Coast Bays - of which Mairangi Bay is in the middle. Bus stops are just down and up the road, so easy to access the city and other public transport links. Cheapest taxi option is Uber.
