The Cow Shed - our ground floor open plan suite benefits from one corner opening up to surrounding fields and stunning sunsets. A huge comfy super king bed awaits for a perfect nights rest. Outdoor & indoor dining. A small fully equipped kitchen with induction hob and combination oven/grill/micro is perfect for cooking light meals. A large fully tiled luxury en-suite shower room completes the suite. If the Cow Shed is full then look up the Hay Loft. Our first floor suite. Set in a rural location surrounded by its own acreage. Ideal for families who want to help feed the animals or collect their breakfast eggs. We provide: salt, pepper and oil for cooking, tea, coffee (cafetiere & instant), sugar and milk. Day fresh eggs (when available) can be purchased for £1 per half dozen and we can make homemade bread at £1.50 per loaf. There is shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, shower cap and vanity pack. Ladies, you'll find sanitary products in the wardrobes. There is an iron and board in the room. Free Parking. Guest outside space for morning coffee or eating out in the summer months. Communal entrance for boots, hats and coats. We do encourage guests to walk around and see the animals but access into any of the farm buildings/barns is strictly prohibited. We have storage available for bikes, canoes, kayaks, small boats and trailers if visiting for summer fun on the Solent or next door at Fairthorne Manor with craft hire and slipway and direct river and lake access. Yes, as much or as little as you request. A rural and quiet location with no ambient light, perfect for star gazers on a clear night. We are next door to Fairthorne Manor where a wide variety of activities take place throughout the year and less than a mile away is Pinkmead Equestrian Centre/Riding School. Brindle Farm is ideally located for the M27 and M3 with easy access to the New Forest and the Jurassic Coast of Dorset. The Hampshire coast is only 20 minutes away and we are 30 minutes from Southampton Ferry and Red Jet terminal for trips to the Isle of Wight. Nearby Botley village offers a choice of one off boutique shops a deli and cafe. Although a rural location Brindle Farm is only 15 minutes away from numerous eateries and a multiplex cinema at Whiteley. Bishops Waltham is a few miles away again with a good coffee shop (Josies) and one off shops and butchers. Wickham is a market town with small indoor mall, pubs, butchers and a fresh fish seller every Thursday. 1. If you think you will be arriving late, please let us know and we can send self check in details. 2. Vaporisers or smoking in the barn is strictly prohibited. 3. We have a very friendly cat. 4. We are a working farm and farming duties have to take place daily, but heavy/noisy work should not start before 9am. If we have to under emergencies we will endeavour to let you know but your understanding of the surroundings will be appreciated. 5. Feeding of the animals is strictly forbidden unless supervised by someone on site. Please do not be tempted to feed the animals with anything other than what we give you. Normal foods can be very harmful to the animals.
