This is a lovely self contained annex 25 mins walk from Emsworth This annex to our property has recently been completed to a high standard, with a modern fitted kitchen, with under worktop fridge, two ring halogen hob, microwave, toaster, and toasted sandwich maker. A small worktop oven is available on request. If you prefer dining out there are plenty of eating places in Westbourne and Emsworth, both villages being about 25 minutes walk away. Emsworth has a railway station with regular services to the historic City of Chichester to the East and Portsmouth (via Havant) to the West. Havant has very good rail services to London Waterloo. The property is a few minutes walk from ancient woodland, with walks avoiding tarmacked roads up to Stansted House where there is a lovely tea room serving meals and lighter snacks. Emsworth itself is on Chichester Harbour and has summer boats trips (tide dependent). It is possible to walk along the coast to Langstone where two pubs are open all day. The annex has off road parking, its own side door and decking to the rear for when the weather is kind to us. The shower room has been built to a very high standard. The bedroom is compact in design but the larger living area gives plenty of room to spread out. The annex living room has a very substantial leather sofa bed, which is the metal sprung type, useful for an extra family member. N.B. Cleanliness has always been a top priority since we have been hosting through ABNB, but it’s even more critical now since the COVID 19 outbreak. We would like to welcome guests back to our property here in Emsworth, and to assure them that we will be taking extra steps to clean, and sanitise thoroughly between visitors, with high quality products. I will be available at certain times of the day incase anyone has any special requests, and I will do my best to accommodate them. If needed local buses run from the bottom of Hollybank Lane, and a short walk into Emsworth gives the ability to travel much further afield, Brighton, Portsmouth Chichester. Train station located 20 minutes walk. we are a family of three (plus a small dog) and have lived in the village since 1999. we have recently converted part of our house as a 'grannie annex' but at present grannie is not ready to use it. A BBQ and coals can be provided if needed, and we look forward to having guests who appreciate the quiet location and local village life. Off road parking is available, as is on street, no issue with space .
