Tastefully Restored Farmhouse in Countryside

Reconnect with nature in this restored “boera” loft-style farmhouse in the outskirts of Alaior, with vernacular architectural details but with all the modern commodities. With many spaces to relax, it's perfect for a family or a group of friends. Our countryside home, "S'Olivera", is an old farmhouse that has been tastefully renovated while maintaining its original charm. It is the perfect retreat from a busy lifestyle. It has five different terraces and spaces to chat, enjoy meals under the shade and just relax overlooking the countryside (there's even a hammock). The main home has two bedrooms with queen beds and a closet in each, with a completely new bathroom in a common space between these rooms. The sofa bed is in the living room of the main house. The third bedroom, The Suite, has a queen bed and is accessed only from the outside. We are available to answer any questions or concerns about the house or Menorca the guests may have at any time during their stay. The house is in the middle of the beautiful rustic Menorcan countryside, close to the small and non-touristic island town of Alaior. We are 12 minutes driving from the longest sandy beach of Son Bou. Being in the middle of the island, everything is within a short drive in either direction.
