No.53 Perran View

Just 2 miles from fantastic Perranporth Beach, with lovely views across fields to the sea, our holiday house provides a stylish and comfortable home from home for six people. It is a clean modern 3 bedroom house with a great bathroom and a fabulous kitchen. There are 2 double rooms and a twin room with exciting in-built bunk-beds, and room for a travel cot. Free use of all the equipment in the house, including travel cots and high chairs. A perfect base for Cornwall! The house is decorated to a great standard throughout, and is perfect for relaxing at the end of a busy day of exploring beautiful Cornwall! You have full access to the house and the outside area, which includes a bench and front garden. Although we live in London, we are only every a phone call away. We have local people who can always help out if needed, plus the Perran View holiday site are all very helpful. No.53 is located in the corner of a small and friendly holiday site. This means that it's far enough away from the clubhouse to not be bothered by any noise, but is actually only a couple of minutes walk to it! During the holiday season (April to October), the holiday site offers great facilities to use free of charge, such as an indoor swimming pool and sauna, tennis courts, crazy golf and children's playground. Please note that only the children's playground is available to use out of season (November to March). Use of a car is recommended, however there is a bus stop at the end of the road with a regular bus service into Perranporth (approx 7 minutes drive) and onto Newquay in one direction, or Truro in the other. Truro has a train station. Parking is available free of charge in the main carpark. You can park outside the house for unpacking etc, then move the car down to the car park. It's only a couple of minutes walk away, as the holiday site is quite small.
