Amazing villa with heated swimming pool by Prague

Amazing holiday villa with heated swimming pool located in a prestigious Prague suburb called Říčany which was rated by Deloitte as the best place to live in Czech Rep. It is located only 20 minutes by car or 25 minutes by train from the Prague city centre and also at the same time 1 hour by car to Kutna Hora or Tabor and 2 hours to Český Krumlov or Karlovy Vary, so the villa is the perfect spot to explore not only Prague but also other beautiful places in Czech republic while feeling like home. The villa is fully equipped by anything what you can need. There are 3 bedrooms, 2 master bathrooms with toilets and 1 extra toilet. We provide also bed linen, towels, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner and much more. We also provide a baby bed and chair and also some children´s toys and books to make your stay as comfortable as possible. If you book the villa for 6 persons or less, one master bedroom with one bathroom will remain close, so in case you would like to keep all 3 bedrooms, please, book the place for 7 or 8 persons. Final cleaning is included. During szays longer than 1 week we come once or twice a week to clean the pool, 1x weekly garden maintenance and routine cleaning, if you are interested above the housewife, who would cook every day and perform routine cleaning, so that for example in a larger group of people properly rested and did not have to deal with routine household care, do not hesitate to contact us for more details. The villa is situated in a beautiful location near nature and ponds and at the same time only a few hundred meters from the city centre where you can enjoy going to breakfast, have a coffee or drink, watch the film in the nearby cinema, go swimming in the indoor swimming pool, enjoy walks around ponds or ride a by bike around to explore interesting places in the area. During the winter time, you can enjoy to go only 9 kilometres by car to the closest ski slope, which is great to learn to ski. You can reach Ricany easily by car or by train. To reach Prague we recommend to go or by train (20-27 minutes) or go by car to P+R Chodov (15 minutes) and then go to the Prague city centre by direct red C metro line (15 minutes to Wenceslas square)
