Lyn's Lake Bed & Breakfast, close to The Entrance

Nestled in a quiet street and only a 2 minute walk to Tuggerah Lake, this freshly decorated guest room is the perfect place to stay while visiting the stunning Central Coast. I also have bikes available for guests use. Enjoy a drink on the rear deck or in my "Bali" courtyard garden. The guest room accommodates 3 GUESTS, it is $95 for the QUEEN BED and if you need a separate bed in the same room, there is a SINGLE BED cost of $20 per night extra. Continental BREAKFAST is included. The Guests room has a SEASIDE 'vibe' and is bright and airy and has a PRIVATE BATHROOM with a large shower, fluffy towels & complimentary toiletries. There is a desk/workspace for a laptop, ipad etc. The comfy QUEEN bed, is $95 pn, and if you need a separate bed there is a comfy SINGLE BED for an extra $20 pn, both beds are in the 1 room, that sleeps 3 guests. (I also have a floor mattress , if needed for an extra child.@$10pn). The room has a small refrigerator, tea/coffee making facilities, a TV/DVD Player, a ceiling fan, and an AIR-CONDITIONER. I also have a wide choice of DVDs , including DVDs for children use. It is situated in a very quiet area but just a few minutes walk restaurants, a bakery, cafes, a supermarket & other shops. Tuggerah Lake is 2 minutes away where there is a bike/walking pathway that continues around the lake. I have BIKES, if you would like to take a ride ( there are a full size male & female, a large boys and a girls). (Website hidden by Airbnb) My B & B also has OFF STREET PARKIN (Website hidden by Airbnb) My B & B is NOT REALLY SUITABLE FOR TODDLERS My guests are welcome to use the LIVING ROOM and the KITCHEN with access to a microwave, toaster & other small appliances. The REAR DECK (patio) has lots of seats and there is a very PEACEFUL (Website hidden by Airbnb) COURTYARD area with more seating in my tropical garden. (Website hidden by Airbnb) My FRONT PATIO also has a table and chairs. I think that guests tend to like a certain amount of privacy, but I like to let them know that if they need anything I am here, if they would like to chat, or assistance, if you need any information on local attractions, events or directions etc. I live in a wonderful location, it is very quiet but only 2 minutes away from Tuggerah Lakes and it's walking/bike path. It's a 5 minute walk to Killarney Vale Village shopping centre where we have Thai & Chinese restaurants, a fish and chip/hamburger shops, a couple of cafes, cake shop and a wonderful bakery + a Coles Supermarket - everything at your fingertips !! I also have PUSHBIKES available for guests use. ( 1 men's bike, 1 boys' approx. 8 yrs upwards and a girls 6-7+). My home is a 5 minute walk away from a bus stop, where you can travel from/to Tuggerah railway station, or to a large Westfield Shopping Centre at Tuggerah, to a smaller shopping complex at Bateau Bay and to Long Jetty, The Entrance, Terrigal, Erina Fair Shopping Centre. Trains & buses also travel to other areas. There are numerous local clubs that offer a free shuttle bus to and from their clubs, for those who don't drive or those who want to have a few drinks. PUSHBIKES are available to get about or to exercise. If you are coming by car, I offer free off street parking. Long Jetty & The Entrance is only a 8-10 min. drive away. The Pelican Feeding is popular, 3.30pm every day in Memorial Park @ The Entrance (closed due to COVID-19), There are MARKETS on weekends in the Mall and behind the old Movie Theatre. There are a host of attractions on the Central Coast, ranging from bush walks, "Treetops," wineries, Ken Duncan Gallery, The Japanese Gardens at East Gosford and often art displays there too. Our beaches are some of the best in the world and they are only 5 minutes drive away.
