Precious Vila Slamnik - 'Vila Straw-hat'

The house is is located 15 km outside the center of Ljubljana in a small, precious village near Domžale, fully renovated in 2017. The nearest airport Ljubljana Jože Pučnik Airport is 15 km from the property and Ljubljana old town is just 12'-15'min drive. The apartment is suitable for families and groups of max six persons, people from all backgrounds are more than wellcome. The house is great for bikers and motorcyclists. There is enough place to park two or three cars. The house is called Vila Slamnik (Vila Straw-hat- In the 18th century, strawhat was a widespread craft and an important gainful activity in town Domžale).House was bulit in 1936 by my grandfather, but it was fully renovated in 2017. The house has two apartments, the one for rent is in the ground. It is fully equipped apartment with beautiful kitchen, large refrigerator, stove and oven, dishwasher, large bathroom (with washing mascine), two bedrooms (one with bunk bed and second with double - king size bed). The living room has sofa bed for two guests. House has incredible quiet and peaceful location, for everyone who wants some vacation from urban life. There is also a garden that belongs to my father, who lives next door and you can use it for relaxing any time. There is a bus stop, but I recommend rent a car, because that way the guest will be able to explore our very beautiful country. Vila is located one hour drive to all parts of Slovenia (coast line, mountains, lakes) where is so many beautiful things to see. I can be reached any time via email or phone. I would be very happy to help you with some information or reccomendations. Next to the house is even a small, traditional slovene farm and you can even hear cows in the evening. It has very safe neighbourhood, no problem to walk alone in the night. Also offers you a beautiful views of the Kamnik Savinja Alps. Near by (10km) is Volčji Potok Arboretum- is the most visited horticultural facility in Slovenia and has even Golf Club. There is a cycling trail and a footpath leading along the Kamniška Bistrica from Kamnik to Domžale. It is suitable for all generations, so you can bring your little ones as well. There are several spots with playgrounds and benches where you can take a break in the shadow. It is possible to rent a bycicles. Turist tax is not included in airbnb price. It will be charged 1,50 eur /per person/per night.
