A: No matter the hour, we are there to check you in. Lockbox: The apartment is accessible by lock bock from which you can collect the keys after check-in time no matter how late. Airport pick up: We can send you a trusted driver with the keys to pick you up from the airport and help you with our luggage to the door of your home Key Drop-off: A member of our team can greet you to hand you over the keys at an extra fees. Check-in between 22:00 - 24:00 - USD 10 Check-in between 00:00- 07:00 - USD 15 Q: My flights lands at dawn, can I check-in before 15:00? A: Depends on availability - If the apartment is vacant the night before we will check you in on arrival. Otherwise, if the night before yours is booked then that guest is entitled to keep the apartment until the morning and we won't be able to guarantee you a ready apartment before check-in time. To guarantee check-in on arrival if you land at dawn and don’t want to wait we recommend you book the night before. Q: What is the cost of an airport pick-up to the apartment? A: Our trusted taxi driver can pick you up from the airport with the keys to the apartment and help you carry all your stuff to the door of your home. Airport pick up fees: $20 - Normal sedan - 4 Pax $30 - Mini van - 6 Max $40- Van - 9 Pax Q: I know it says "Pets are not allowed." Can I bring my small/well-behaved pet? Achrafieh, consisting of several East Beirut areas, is a tranquil, hilly, residential and commercial area. It is filled with tree-lined streets and beautiful traditional French and Ottoman houses, yet also characterized by tall office buildings and modern coffee and lunch bars. Achrafieh is home to a large number of shops, including the famous ABC Mall that sells international fashion labels and also hosts a cinema and several chain restaurants. For an evening bite, visit the attractive restaurants around the picturesque Monot and Abdel Wahab Al Inglizi Street. Avoid hiring official airport taxis, they are unreliable and expensive. -UBER: Very reliable ride hailing apps and one of the cheapest modes of transportation in the city. -Public transport: Getting around is easy in service taxis (2,000 LL per person), though a trusted driver is safer and more reliable (and will have air conditioning, which many service taxis don’t!). Don’t expect to pay much more than about 15,000 LL (10USD) for taxi rides inside the city. For other further-flung destinations, the prices will be higher.
