Stunning contemporary garden room recently built offering a unique experience in a quiet and relaxing setting. Tastefully decorated and furnished to a high standard with new fixtures, fittings and furnishings. Set in its own private and pretty garden with a large decking area in the Britain in Bloom Award winning village of Hutton, Somerset, nestled at the foot of the Mendip Hills an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Sleeps 2 in king size bed. Hand finished kitchen, high quality walk-in shower room with basin and wc. Large dining area and cosy seating area with vintage style woodburner and underfloor heating. Wifi, TV with Netflix etc, digital radio and blue tooth speaker. Large folding doors open onto decking area and garden for warmer days and starry nights. Blinds to all windows and doors for complete privacy. Off-street parking. Guests will be able to access Paradise Garage, it's decking and garden. Our family lives next door but we give our guests privacy and will leave you to enjoy your stay but are always happy to answer any questions or queries you may have. Should you have any concerns please message me via the Airbnb App or speak to me, I am always happy to help. 1 minute walk to the Old Inn pub that serves food daily (except Sunday evening). Chinese takeaway (closed on Monday) 2 minutes walk. Several supermarkets within easy reach. We live in a beautiful part of the country in a great location for you to explore and unwind. Only 3 miles to the lovely beach at Uphill and Weston-super-Mare with its many cafes, bars and restaurants. Pretty drive along the toll road overlooking the coast to Sand Bay. 30 minutes drive to the vibrant city of Bristol and within 1 hour the beautiful Georgian city of Bath. Cheddar and Wookey Hole featuring the Mendip show caves are a pleasant drive away. The historic city of Wells and the unique vibe of Glastonbury are both within easy reach. Further afield the Jurassic coast is only 1 1/4 hours drive to Charmouth or The Quantock Hills are a 45 minute drive to enjoy ancient woodlands and stunning views. There is a bus service which runs from Hutton to the seafront at Weston and local taxi firms operate. There is also a train station at Weston and coach services operate from the sea front.
