Indipendent house (once upon a time it was the village mill) situated in the center of Bogliasco, with big external patio. two bedrooms (one double bedroom, the other one with double bed and sofa bed (single bed), walk-in closet, sitting room with access to a little lovely terrace, kitchen and bathroom with bath and shower. Garden/patio. Guests will be welcomed at arrival. We are available to help our guests for any need they might have, information, suggestions on excursions or restaurants, train or ferryboats timetables, etc. Few minutes away from the house access to the beautiful beach of Bogliasco; amazing little stones beach off the promenade (beneath the church) and access to other lovely spots on the rocks. The house is located in the center of the village with easy access to bars, shops, restaurants and supermarket. Railway station and bus stop a few minutes away. Easy excursions available up on the hills on foot or bikes with breath-taking panorama on the Gulf. Reachable in 10/15 minutes by car from Genova Nervi highway exit or Recco highway exit. The center of Genoa is only 12 km away: connections to Genoa by train every hour or the east coast (Camogli, Santa Margherita Ligure, Sestri Levante, Cinque Terre, etc.) or west coast (Bergeggi, Noli, Spotorno, Alassio, Laigueglia). From Recco and Camogli ferryboats to Punta Chiappa, San Fruttuoso, Portofino and Cinque Terre). Upon request available a garage close to the house (to be paid) At arrival, based on italian law, guests will be asked for their documents. Animals are not admitted.
