Along a quiet lane near the hamlet of Prideaux, merely 15 minutes’ walk from the famous Eden Project is Number 3 Prideaux Cottages, well-equipped family home with large beautiful gardens. There is also a bright conservatory, a wood burner and central heating, making the house a perfect retreat in all weathers. The picturesque fishing port of Fowey - where you can enjoy delightful pubs, restaurants, and shops is only a short drive away. Exploring the many beaches in Cornwall is a must. Large living/dining room with wood burner, large sofa, two armchairs, flat screen TV, dining table to seat eight and a selection of books and games. Sunny conservatory with sofa, two armchairs, and access to back garden. Kitchen with Rangemaster (gas hobs and electric oven/grill), microwave, dishwasher and fridge/freezer. Separate utility room with washing machine, dryer, fridge and access to back garden. Small shower room with shower cubicle, WC and hand basin. Open tread stairs up to first floor. Master bedroom with 5ft king size double bed, en-suite shower room with shower cubicle, WC and basin. Double bedroom with 5ft king size bed and wall-mounted flat screen TV. Twin bedroom with two 3ft single beds. Bunk bedroom with 3ft single bunks and 3ft single bed, this room is more suitable for children but can accommodate adults. Family bathroom with bath, shower over, WC and hand basin. Also available to our guest's we have a BBQ , outside tables and chairs, plenty of space to play in the garden. We offer WIFI connection. Prideaux Cottage is in a brilliant central location to explore all that Cornwall has to offer. The nearest beach is 3 miles away with other beautiful beaches not far away. The fantastic rugged North Coast which attracts surfers , walkers and kite surfers is only 45 minutes away. Fabulous walks and cycle trails are available direct from the cottage, so no need to get into the car. Our cottage is dog friendly (1 large or 2 small dogs are permitted) please be responsible for your dog. Local buses are available , the bus stop is a 15 minute walk away. Par train station is 10 minute drive away which has direct links from London and the North. Newquay Airport is 40 minutes away with link around the UK and Europe.
