Washing machine available. Fenced, lock-up yard with security lights. Walking distance to local shops. Friendly hostess, owner has small dogs that are kept away from guest bedroom. Key lock safe provided for easy access at all times. Host will be helpful with any questions or information you might need to know about Townsville My Studio is a seperate entrance to my home, it has 2 entrances - guest can enter front and back. Most guests use the front access. Guests have use of both Patios, front and back. The Barbecue area is out the back where guests are free to use it, also a small Electric barbeque for your use. Pool area is accessible through the back door, beach towels provided by owner. Host will make herself available, always can be reached on mobile phone. Although we are on a busy road, inside the house is very quiet, my neighbours are very respectful and quiet and keep to themselves. Close to takeaway shop and service station with a newsagent and general store in walking distance. Dalrymple Hotel just two blocks away. Bakery and convenience store within walking distance, coffee available at store. WithIn walking distance of the Domain Shopping Complex. Bus Stop outside the house. The home is 15 minutes to the city, and 5 minutes from the airport. 5 minutes to the Domain for shopping and eateries. Service station, local shops in walking distance, including the Domain and Red Rooster. Just a block away is the Dalrymple Hotel , and Warrina Movie Theatre. Owner has small dogs on premises, they are well behaved, but occasionally may bark if owner is not home. At night time the dogs sleep in the owners bedroom, and do not bark at night unless they here a disturbance or hear something unusually.
