Marmaras Village, Porto Carras resort & Toroneos Golf. Two balconies, one at the living room downstairs with a dining table, and one upstairs at the main bedroom. Located on a hill of N. Marmaras, about 300m from the beach & 400m from the village centre. Short walking distance from supermarkets, restaurants &shops. Full flat description 1st Floor Bedroom with a double queen bed (160x200cm) Living room with a flat 49'' tv. There is also a dining table with chairs indoors but also one outdoors at the balcony. The balcony has unique sea view, overlooking the village, Porto Carras resort and the whole bay. Ensuite fully renovated bathroom with shower. Brand new kitchen - fully equipped kitchen with all amenities. 2nd Floor Master bedroom with a double bed a nice new shower inside and its own balcony with a sun bed. Alterra Vita Apartments Seated on a hill at Neos Marmaras, located about 300 m. from the beach, the two-floor apartment belongs to an 8 apartment complex. It can welcome up to 5 people (plus one kid up till 8). It is airy and bright and has a breathtaking panoramic view of the sea and the hills. New master bathroom, totally new master bedroom and upstairs living room were all recently renovated. Free public parking opposite the building. Free spaces in front of the building. Parking space cannot be reserved. At peak period (mid july - end of August) parking can be a challenge, but you can park anywhere you want in the village/streets etc. Car is recommended. No need to drive to the centre of the village (mini markets, restaurants). Car is recommended to visit nice beaches around and also for the nearest beach (350m) the return trip is uphills, so a car is recommended especially for elderly and small kids. Alternative transportation You can arrive in Neos Marmaras by taxi (you can ask us for better prices) or by Bus (3 times per day from Thessaloniki). Limited transport here from place to place (from beach to beach). The hosts are discreet, friendly, speak comfortably in English, Italian and German and are very knowledgeable on the secrets of enjoying one's holiday in Halkidiki. We own a 45ft sailing yacht and we organise day sailing cruises around the coastline, visiting beaches that are not accessible by car. A unique experience and a MUST DO while you are in Halkidiki. There are free parking spaces for your car next to the apartment block. Car is recommended. You will find in the wardrobe spare fresh towels for stays longer than 2 days.
