Location is Komenského Street 58, close to the Technical University (distance 180 meters) and the University of Veterinary Medicine and Pharmacy in Košice (distance 100 meters). This quiet and cozy apartment is fully available for you . It offers modern and comfortable accommodation even for five people. With area of 75 square meters, it includes a fully equipped modern kitchen, a separate toilet, a bathroom with a corner bath, an automatic washing machine and a tumble dryer, one cozy king size bed and Kettler SKYLON 5 inductive ergometer for home fitness, Second bedroom has two large single bed and access to the loggia. Living room with a comfortable sofa and a large dining table. Both cabel and WIFI high-speed internet access is available (baud rate up to 1 Gbit/s), and TV with 183 domestic and international channels as well. We can offer also small bed for the child and toys as well. Parking near the apartment house is free of charge. We offer you the whole flat. The location of the apartment allows easy access to the city center and the beautiful countryside. Anička Park , situated nearby the apartment is very popular place here in Košice. The park offers space for sports, recreation and entertainment. In the park there are many children's playgrounds, minigolf, tennis courts, summer swimming pool (Ryba Anička Area), a workout playground, restaurants and buffets, a shipyard – with possibility to rent a boat and a popular mineral spring called Anička "Gajdovka". There is a Botanic Garden approximately 10 minutes by walk from the apartment. There ate lot of tourist tails around the Kosice. Very pleasant and accesible is walking through the Čermeľ walley. There is a unique children's historical railway, with target station on Alpinka, very popular for families with children. The city center offers probably the most number of historical monuments in Slovakia. Košice City also offers the oldest European marathon ( 1st Sunday in October) every year , magnificent Gothic cathedral, a number of cafes, bars, various restaurants with a pleasant atmosphere.
