HUGE HOUSE - 3 BEDROOMS & ALL AMENITIES

Haylynn is a beautifully restored and modernised 1930's mansion, located only ten minutes' drive to the city, beach or airport. My house and home has large rooms, outdoors space, lots of amenities, relaxing gardens and is close to public transport. There is a shopping centre across the road, bus stop at the front door and free car parking. Continental breakfast provided. From here visit Barossa Valley, Hahndorf, Glenelg beach, Adelaide City centre, Central Markets, Adelaide Oval, etc. There are three bedrooms available, comprising very large room with Queen size bed, and choice of upstairs room with two single beds or downstairs room with one single bed. The Large room with Queen size bed also has a sofa which folds out to another bed if required. Plenty of space for secure parking. All linen provided. Two bedrooms are located at the rear of the house, and one bedroom upstairs. The spacious & modern guest bathroom also has a WASHING MACHINE. Guests will have access to main house kitchen with all cooking equipment supplied, living room with cable TV and their own spacious bathroom with washing machine. An outdoor undercover area is perfect for relaxing during the warm weather. Host will be available to answer questions about the local area and for travelling & sightseeing advice. Glandore is a quiet neighbourhood filled with more houses than units. There is a supermarket & pharmacy right across the main road, as well as coffee shops, banks and restaurants. Many other great restaurants, cafes and shops are within walking distance. Adelaide is know for it's great shopping and eating precincts, all withing easy reach from your accommodation. Central markets are easily accessible by bus or tram. Your accommodation is 10 minutes from all that Adelaide had to offer. It's easy to get around by taxi, public bus (the stop is right outside the door!) or public tram (tramline runs between Adelaide city and Glenelg beach and the station is just around the corner). Got your pushbike with you? Adelaide is known for it's great cycleways network. Haylynn is my own house and home and I live here myself. I do use the kitchen when guests are not using it, but other than that I don't see much of the guests. This arrangement has worked well since I started in 2016, and have now hosted over 600 Airbnb travellers.
