Steps lead from the living area to the outdoor terrace, and then into the garden and pool. The small adjacent barn has table tennis and outdoor games for your enjoyment The house, barn, grounds and pool are exclusively for your use. The property is situated at the end of a quiet lane with no passing traffic and just two other houses in the hamlet, so a peaceful stay is ensured! We live just 10 minutes from the property, so always endeavour to meet our guests on their arrival, and are on hand to advise and help during your stay if needed. WE have lived here for 27 years now so our local knowledge is pretty extensive! We are situated in the Upper Dordogne Valley, just 15 km from the Dordogne river, and surrounded by many beautiful medieval villages such as Collonges la Rouge and Turenne. The area is renowned for its traditional cuisine- confit and maigret de canard, strawberries, walnuts, goats cheese and much much more! Please note a car is essential during your stay - the property is 3 km from the local village and public transport is very limited in the area.
