Luxury 2P apartment Utrecht city center ❤

Since a couple of years I am the proud owner of this apartment! After a few months of renovation it is a perfect house to live in! The street is very quiet, just around the corner are some shops, a supermarket, a coffee bar and restaurant! HIGHLIGHTS - Perfect for a couple - Lots of natural light - Balcony to enjoy the sun - Only 15 min. walk to Utrecht downtown - Bikes for rent (10EUR pd) Within 35 min. to Amsterdam Central Station by public transport and 30 min by car (P&R RAI Amsterdam). It is a spacious newly renovated apartment with a lot of natural light. It contains everything you need for a couple of days of holiday or a work trip; spacious bedroom, bathroom and balcony. When you enter the apartment you will find the bedroom directly on the right-hand side. This room includes a king-sized bed and a wardrobe to store your belongings. The kitchen consists of brand-new appliances, like an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a stove on induction and an Italian coffee maker. Both the bathroom and the toilet are having a modern appearance and the bathroom will offer you the possibility to enjoy a warm shower and to do the laundry. You will have acces to the entire house, except for the locked room. Please make yourself at home and respect our private belongings :) In the house is a guestbook. Besides that you can share your experience on the website of Airbnb, you are more than welcome to write down some notes, tips or anything else in this guestbook. The apartment is located on the Westside of the city centre and the neighbourhood is nice and quiet. There is a restaurant and bar located next door and the park Oog in Al lies within a very short distance. Make sure you will pass the canal where you can swim within summer time if you walk or cycle into the direction of the city centre. On your way you can also discover an authentic Dutch windmill and many more adventures. I wish you lots of fun in the Dom city of the Netherlands. The apartment is very accessible by both car and public transport. For example: If you arrive at Schiphol Airport you can take a direct train to Utrecht. This will only take you 25 minutes. The final destinations of these trains are Nijmegen or Venlo and they will stop at Utrecht Central. The apartment is on a ten minutes’ walk from the central station, but you can also take bus 7 in the direction of Kanaleneiland (second stop: Ravellaan). Will you arrive by car? No problem, the apartment is easy to find. In front of the apartment you will be charged for parking (mo – sa), but on 200 meter distance you are able to park for free (Richard Wagnerlaan). If you have a rented car at Schiphol Airport, it will take you, depending on traffic, around 30 minutes to arrive at the apartment. Freshly made up bed with linen & towels will be waiting for you upon arrival. We want to welcome you into a clean and cozy home!
