A small holiday home with direct access to the sea! The location is wonderful, with sunset into the sea, surrounded by islands and hills. It is located in Tuscany, a very interesting gastronomic, archaeological and naturalistic region. In a one day trip visits to Florence, Rom, Giglio island, the Tarot garden of Niki de Saint Phalle, Etruscan, Roman, Middle Age sites like Tarquinia, Saturnia, Pitigliano. Hiking possibilities, fishing, diving, horse riding a. o. Great food and wonderful vines! The house is in a quiet residential area. It is graceful, simple and equipped with all you need, with many details to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. The house is embedded in a big pine-garden (about 1400 m2) with large covered veranda, pizza oven and barbecue, deckchairs, a big garden table and banks. You can park your car in the garden. There's plenty space to play and nice spots to take your sunbath. The width of the beach varies each year and with the seasons and usually it's not crouded.
