Beautiful apartment "sun village" with garden

The apartment is in the mountains near the beautiful lake of Como! It consists of a large kitchen, a big bathroom with shower and washing machine, and a large double bedroom. there are 5 beds: double bed, sofa bed and a foldaway single bed.the apartment has a private garden with table and chairs and a private box for only one car. You are welcome!! The apartment is in a quiet residence near many mountain trails overlooking the lake and the ski slopes. Only just 10 minutes by car there is "Balcone d'Italia" where you can look a beautiful landscape of the North Italy!! Only just 5 minutes by car there are all comforts like supermarket, pharmacy and many typical restaurants! In the neighboring villages you can go to the swimming pool (S.fedele d'Intelvi), or you can ride with horse or play tennis and golf (Lanzo d'Intelvi). In Lanzo Intelvi there is also a hospital. Only just 10 minutes by car you can go in Switzerland and only 30 minutes by car you can play at the casinò of Campione d'Italia! The guests can use all parts of apartment. I'm always available for guests during their stay. Scaria is a small quiet village where there are a beautiful church a little supermarket and a famous church (SS. Nazaro e Celso). You can move by bus, the stops are on the major street, but It`s more confortable to use the car. For all guests is required their registration at the public authorities. At the check-out the apartment will be clean and tidy like the check-in. The street by Como-Argegno is better than street by Swiss.
