Bright and spacious, this apartment is the perfect solution for a brief relaxing time in the montains near Modena. Confortably capable to host up to 6 people. The apartment is spacious and bright and offers a wonderful panoramic view on the valley below Serramazzoni. The direct sunlight reaches every room throughout the entire day, guaranteeing in this way a natural lighting all day long. The main bedroom will accommodate you with a comfortable and wide bed, followed by a smaller bedroom with two bunk beds. Moreover, the sofa bed offers space for two more people in the living room in order to accommodate up to 6 people in the house. The only bathroom include a comfortable shower (hot water is not a problem during winter) as well as shower gel, shampoo and a hair dryer. Each guest will receive a personal set of towels. The full-equipped kitchen (fridge, oven, toaster, boiler, dishes, glasses, cutlery, etc.) with an extendable table will permit you to cook and enjoy your meals easily all together. The two terraces will offer you some relax letting you enjoy the fantastic view of the beautiful valley below Serramazzoni. You will find the heat already on during the winter season. The guests will have complete access to all apartment's rooms as well as the possibility to park the car in a covered area. Unfortunately, I’ll be working in Nicaragua during the entire year 2017, so I won’t have the possibility to meet you personally, although I’ll manage to solve any doubts or problem by mail. My parents, Marina and Mauro, will warmly welcome you on my behalf giving you advises in order to fully enjoy your stay. Serramazzoni is a small town in the mountains near Modena which will permit you to disconnect from everyday stress. Long walk around the city centre will let you discover the beauty of the mountain surroundings, while the delicacies of the local restaurants will let you appreciate the best meals of out cousine. Serramazzoni is located at 40 minutes by car from Modena, the biggest and most interesting city in the surroundings. With 15 minutes by car you can reach Pavullo, another small town, bigger than Serramazzoni, in which you can find shops and pubs. At 1-hour drive from the apartment you can find Sestola, the “capital” of Emilia Romagna’s Mountains, and following the street for 10 minutes more you can reach Monte Cimone, with its 50 km of ski slopes in winter season and its never ending and gorgeous walks in warm season.
