We are a family of three: mum, dad and young son. . We have always lived in the Heatons area, which we definitely feel to be one of the pleasantest areas in Stockport and the wider Manchester area. It is known for its excellent schools, and family-oriented lifestyle, with parks, library, cinema, cafes, restaurants, pubs, bars and shops. . It is also conveniently situated, being so close to major transport hubs like the motorway (just near Junction 1 of the M60), train stations (Stockport, Heaton Chapel), the tram network (East Didsbury Metrolink), and of course Manchester Airport, the largest in the UK outside of London. . We are very focused on family, both coming from extended families who like to spend time together - so our happiest time of the year is Christmas and New Year. For us there's nothing better than a good homecooked meal with good company. . We enjoy reading, watching classic films or boxsets, and cooking. We also like to travel, having spent time abroad in France, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Russia, Poland, Thailand, China and the Middle East, to name just a few places.
