Comfortable, double, cosy en-suite bedroom located at the heart of West-Cork in the village of Leap on the N71 along the Wild Atlantic Way route. Ideally located for discovering West-Cork by using public transport, walking, cycling or by car. We have 2 double en-suite rooms + 1 double, 1 single and 1 twin room with a shared bathroom. Each room has its own tv and coffee/tea making facilities. Breakfast is served all day in the adjoining cafe at 5.50 euro per person which has ample free parking and storage facilities for bikes. Leap is the perfect place if you are into walking, cycling, kayaking, sailing. We have a cafe with on site which is open from 9am. till 11pm where breakfast is served. No having to get up early here! While there is always someone here for company or to answer any questions you may have on the local area, privacy is also respected. Leap is ideally situated for discovering West-Cork, halfway between Rosscarbery and Skibbereen we are close to all the best things it has to offer. Walking, cycling, kayaking, sailing, live music,.... The picturesque village of Glandore is walking distance as is the intimate fishing village of Union Hall. Leap village has 3 pubs, 3 eateries, 1 shop/petrol station and a children`s playground all but just a stones-throw away. Very close by ( approx 3 miles) is Drombeg stone circle as well as the Rineen woods where the fairies live! We are located on the Wild Atlantic Way route , the bus stop is less than 5 minutes walk away. You will discover lots of amazing things within walking distance, cycling and car are other options if you would like to go a bit further afield. If you wish to book more than one room, do get in touch and we may be able to make a deal!
