Quiet and very spacious, my place is perfect for singles, couples, students, business travelers, and anyone passing through Nowra or visiting. Full access to the ground floor, with shared kitchen and laundry. Easy 10-minute walk to Nowra CBD and Shoalhaven Hospital. You will have full access to the ground floor of my large 2-level home. There are 2 bedrooms on the ground floor available for your stay, with all the facilities you would expect from a large home, including: Private bathroom Private living/TV room Shared kitchen with full cooking facilities for basic cooking tasks Laundry, plus iron, dryer, etc Covered off-street parking Outdoor covered BBQ area Free WiFi (NBN) The bedrooms available both have built-in wardrobes with plenty of storage space. There is also space in the pantry and fridge for you to use. All linen and bath towels are provided and you are more than welcome to help yourself to anything else you may need. Full access to ground floor of house, including private bedroom, private bathroom, private TV/lounge room, shared kitchen and laundry, and covered off-street parking. You will have plenty of room to spread out. As you will have your own bedroom, bathroom and lounge/TV room, you will have plenty of privacy if you wish and room to spread out. We live upstairs and all you will need to share with us is the main entry, kitchen and laundry. I live in a very peaceful, quiet neighbourhood, close to Nowra Showground which is great for walkers and runners. My house is situated a short drive from Bomaderry Train Station, so if you are arriving or departing by train, please let me know as I may be able to collect you from or drop you off to the station. I have been hosting Airbnb guests for the past five years, including plenty of long-term guests and a large number of students, who have found the space perfect for studying and completing their assignments.
