Lovely 2BR/1bath Near BC in Atchison #4

My apartment is a 2br/1 bath 2nd floor apartment with a private entrance. It has new carpet, is spacious and light, with lots of closet space. Apartment has one private bath and a fully stocked kitchen. The beds available in the apartment are one queen bed, one twin bed, pull out couch, and futon mattress. It's located in Atchison only a few minutes by foot to downtown, the public library, the River Walk and a few minute's drive to Benedictine College. Washer and dryer in laundry room. Includes wireless internet. There is a TV in the living room which has Netflix installed (note that it's not connected to cable or local channels). Clean towels are provided as well as extra blankets. The kitchen is stocked with pots and pans, silverware and utensils, dishes, coffee mugs, dish towels, and paper products. Coffee, tea, sugar and creamer provided. Guest have access to all of Apartment #4 and common laundry room. This listing is for apartment #4 which is a second floor apartment with two flights of stairs. In the kitchen you will find a stove, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, electric kettle and full size fridge. Air conditioning is provided and building has radiated heat. We do have a futon mattress and/or play pen for small children.
