All spaces in the apartment are accessible to guests. Basement parking and Gym are available inside the building. I will be in New York most of times so I cannot host my guests in person; however, my co-host next door will help guests' check-in and check-out. Of course, I will always respond to your messages as long as I am not in sleep. "E-ton Tower River III" is located right next to a subway line 7 station "Ttukseom Resort (뚝섬유원지)." It is easily accessible to Kangnam as it is just one station away from Cheongdam station (청담역). The building is easily accessible to Han Riverside Park because the entrance to the park is right next to the subway station. There are many stores and restaurants nearby. Even inside the building, there are restaurants, bakeries, cafes, doctor's offices, pharmacy, and bank. If you walk a little toward the South near Han river, there is a park where you can enjoy bike riding, jogging, and swimming (summer time). When you walk toward the North (one station away by subway), there is a big shopping mall, "Starcity mall," that includes Lotte department store, eMart, a book store, and movie theaters. When you go North further (two stations by subway), there is Children's Grand Park that has a zoo, an amusement park, and a swimming pool. When you go one station to the South across the river, it is Cheongdamdong in Kangnam area where you can explore Korean high-end pop culture. We have used this apartment as our own hotel whenever we visit Korea. We have taken care of it very well. Please, bear in mind that this apartment should be smoke-free and pet-free.
