The property is well placed in central Scotland for travelling. The house is 267 sq m large. luxury family get-to-gethers, child & baby friendly. Secure private parking for 5 vehicles/vans. A 5 minute drive from restaurants, award winning green flag parks and bars. Pets welcome! ( chargeable ) Our goal is to provide you with a fully equipped, high-end, unique boutique cottage. We are child & baby friendly and take well behaved dogs (chargeable) Situated in the heart of Scotland with Glasgow & Prestwick International and Edinburgh airports a short drive. There are many spaces to be totally private inside and out. Our beautifully presented holiday properties are a perfect base to retire back to after a busy day exploring the delightful area and Scotland. There is outside garden furniture and our gardens are manicured and maintained. Our quality mattresses and pillows are all protected, Goose Feather and down duvets. We use high thread count quality Egyptian Cotton bed linen and Hugo Boss luxury bath sheets and towels, some toiletries, house coats & slippers. We have wooden & velour or ladies silk evening ware hangers and protective cloths covers. There are salon powerful hairdryers and straighteners. Quality cooking pots/extensive Crockery & beautiful serving dishes (especially at Christmas and new year) Cutlery & fine Glassware for 12 (min). We also have basic provisions such as a full range of teas/coffee/sugar/salt & peppers, olive oil, ketchup/spices etc., so you only really need to buy the actual food if you want to cook. We also have a king bedroom and toilet downstairs. Two of our bedrooms have private vanity sinks in them. We provide a child’s high chair & infant seat riser, a travel cot/mattress/bedding, a stair gate, baby monitors and a full range of baby products (just in case) we have a large selection of games/puzzles/books/cd’s to keep even the youngest amused. We can also organise anything you need or require in advance of your stay. We also have other Holiday properties on site, so we can cater for large groups all at the same location. As well as full-time discrete polite staff, we appreciate our guests have different schedules, whilst we like to introduce ourself to our guests, our key safe entry with your personal code allows you to enjoy your own space. The place is honestly fantastic! It is a really quiet conservation village area with its own attractions and quaint coffee & craft shops but is situated bang in the middle of central Scotland. We have fabulous restaurants in the village that you would wouldnt believe were there. Our free Parking & Ride train station at Merryton gives you the best access to the city centre without the HEFTY parking fees in the city. We leave a list of numbers of bars, restaurants, attractions, and more in the manual. All our properties are child friendly, with cots, high chairs, baby moniters and a large selection of toys. We also welcome well behaved pets, (have to be booked in)(£25.00 per pet) and have enclosed private gardens to the front and fabulous walks for your pets close by at a local purpose walking track and waterfall area. The property has its own private parking and a car is advisable, free park & ride train service into the city at the next village A FULL house manual explains everything you need to know with things to do and places to visit, also the wildlife you can expect to see. Only those booked into the property, may enter the property with out prior permission. Usual Check In 4.00pm. Day of departure is by 10.00am (Key returned to key safe placed outside).
