Semi detached (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) s villa. A lush and quiet lane where the forrest starts at the end of the street. However a 5 minute walk or bike ride to the centre. Also a 5 minute bike ride to the trainstation (5 minutes to Utrecht and 35 to Amsterdam Central). A modern villa in a contemporary setting. Bright roomy living spaces. 4 bedrooms, a bright living and dining room, a luxury kitchen with double garden doors to a sunny and lush garden. Park & charge a car. Office space for rent in the garden. We only rent to (extended) families, not to groups. The entire house and garden are available for our guests, except for the walk in closet, where we will store personal belongings Separate garden pod with office space can be rented for €25 p.d. It comes with wifi, screen, mouse and keyboard. Just plug in your laptop and you're ready to go (see pictures) We will of course always be available per phone or (Hidden by Airbnb) to guide you or give you tips. Depends on the period who does the handover of the keys. But 24/7 available It's a lane next to the forrest. Children can play on the street (and in the garden and the forrest of course) and birds and squirrels are jumping from tree to tree. But don't get fooled, bustling live in i.e. Utrecht and Amsterdam is around the corner. Easy to reach by car via the motorway. An intercity train station is at a 5 minutes bus or bike ride. The bus stops at the end of the lane (100 mrs). Direct bus to Utrecht City centre. Otherwise the train will take you there in 5 minutes. In 35 minutes you'll be in Amsterdam. Best of both worlds! Bikes are at your disposal fro free.
