Cosy private room (15qm) with single bed in a shared appartement to rent (1 person household) Shared rooms: spacious living room with kitchen and dining area, bath with bathtub, seperate toilet, huge balcony on the edge of a forest A little locale supermarket is nearby. Baden train station and the Industry quarter (ABB, GE) is reachable by foot (15min) and by bus (5min), distance ca. 1km. The appartement is on a hill. There is a single bed (90x200cm), a little sofa and a desk in the private room. The orientation of the room is towards east (sun in the morning). The 3.5 room appartement contains a big living/ kitchen/ room with dining area a huge balcony. The kittchen is equipped with cooker, oven, steamer and dish washer. Space in the fridge and cupboard is available for food. Dishes, cutlery and pots can be used. There is a bath in the shared bathroom which can also be used as a shower and also a seperate toilet in an extra bathroom. Bed linen, towels and hair dryer are provided. W-Lan available If needed: waching machine and tumbler can be used. Iron available You can reach me via mobile or e-mail after office times. I usually answer within 24hrs. The appartement is located on a hill above the center of Baden in the Allmend-quarter(vertical hight to Baden: ca. 200hm, distance to city center ca. 1km), on the edge of a local recreation area, which is ideal for little walks, mountainbiking and runnig. The Ruine Stein is reachable within 5 minutes. From where you have got a fantastic view over the old town of Baden, into the Limmattal and the mountains. There is a little local shop nearby which provides food for daily needs. You will find additional shops, bigger supermarkets in the center of Baden. Also there is a lot to do in Baden. Two little theaters, cinemas, nice restaurants, cool bars and cafes are in the center and the old town of Baden. You can reach Baden train station and the old town center in 5 min. by bus and 15 min. by foot. The industry quarter of Baden (ABB, GE etc.) is also reachahble within 15 min. by foot. The bus stop is 3 min away. There are 2-3 busses in an hour into town and to the trains station ( a 7 minutes journey) There is also a free parcing space outside the appartement which is available for up to 2 days.
