If you fancy public transportation, there is direct Bus line #290 that will take you for 8 kn (little over 1 EUR) from the airport straight to the apartment. And if you want to go to Zagreb main square you can walk or take the Tram line #17 and it will take you there in less than 10 min. Main bus station is at walking distance.
